Run Healthy. Run Happy.

At Precision Performance our knowledge and experience treating runners is unparalleled. There is no one who understands running better than we do. We know not every runner fits in the same box and there is no one perfect running form.

Our highly training physical therapists treat runners of all levels and experience all day long! We are running nerds and are proud of it. Our team knows the intricacies of biomechanics and how faulty mechanics lead to injury and poor performance.

When we are not in the clinic we can be found teaching other physical therapist, physicians and coaches about biomechanics, running gait and running injury. We also speak at conferences, research, write about running, podcast about running and work with elite athletes from all over the world.

Knee valgus, hip drop and dysfunctional arm swing can lead to knee, hip and back pain. It can also lead to foot and ankle dysfunction and slower times.

Poor posture, overstriding and decreased knee flexion at initial contact can create slower times, back pain and issues with your hamstring among other things!

Mechanical deficits in your run gait can lead to slower times, increased fatigue and ultimately injury. BUT gait is only a part of the picture. Most runners don't even know what they are missing and often end up frustrated and injured because of training errors. We won't let that happen.

We do in-person and online running assessments. So no matter where you are we can help. We will build an individualized and comprehensive running program including strength, mobility, running form, education and more.

Our Resilient Runner Package Includes:

Training error is the number one cause of injury in runners. So education is more valuable that you can imagine. No one likes to be a beginner, but even if you have been running forever there is no way to know everything. We fill in the gaps and answer all of your running questions. If we don't know the answer, we'll connect you with someone who does.

Following your sessions, you will receive an email with our findings, prescribed drills or exercises and a step-by-step plan to help you reach your running goals.
