Gait Analysis

What to expect:

  • Review your running history, previous injuries and obstacles to running, as well as your future running goals.

  • Assess your running shoes to determine if you are in the correct shoe. If you need a change, we can direct you to the best running shoe stores in the city.

  • Educate you and answer your running questions. If we don't know the answer, we'll connect you with someone who does.

  • Watch you move! We will take you through a series of functional movements to determine where you may have tightness, weakness or impaired motor control that could be affecting your running.

  • Perform a video gait analysis of your running form, either on a treadmill or outside. You will receive immediate visual and verbal feedback about how to improve your form.

  • Give you tailored running drills and exercises to improve the imbalances and impaired motor patterns that we see.


Following your session, you will receive an email with our findings, prescribed drills or exercises and a step-by-step plan to help you reach your running goals.
